I offer a wide range of personalized support, including:

- Assistance with and encouragement of daily activities (i.e., assisting with executive function, activities of daily living, functional fitness training for mobility and strength)
 
- Complete nutritional care including high-end meal planning (balanced meals, variety of foods, quality ingredients, often from-scratch cooking, sugar and salt-conscious, gluten and lactose conscious, can tailor to other nutritional needs), grocery shopping (often with clients), meal preparation and storage/labelling.

- Companionship and emotional support especially where many seniors live alone (conversations about current events, drives in your car or mine to interesting locations, activities surrounding holidays (markets, drives to see fall colors, Christmas/other decorations, etc.), activities within the community (senior center events, etc.), reading books out loud, listening to music, positive conversation about experiences, etc.)

- Laundry services and planning (weekly bedding/towels, daily as needed, high-end materials, dry cleaning and ironing as needed).

- Light housekeeping - all aspects.

- Light assistance with tranfers (light lifting and guidance into chair, etc.)

- Transport to appointments, for social/community outings, for groceries, etc.

- General health monitoring (i.e., completing daily reports/checklists to live-away family) 

- Medication reminders and adherance to any plan.

- Functional medicine support including assistance with a supplementation plan (working in conjunction with your family doctor).
